Hallo alleseits,

ich habe gerade mal versucht unser OTRS 1.3.2 auf 2.1.0 upzudaten - allerdings 
habe ich mit 2 Probleme zu kämpfen.

1) Mailzustellung schlägt fehl
Command output: DBD::mysql::db do failed: Unknown column 'responsible_user_id' 
in 'field list' at /opt/otrs-2.1.0/Kernel/System/DB.pm line 378. ERROR:

2) Frontend "geht nicht"
Ein Versuch Queues anzuzeigen schlägt mir folgender Fehlermeldung fehl:
Software error:

Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at 
../..//Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 1282.

Irgendeine Idee woran es in beiden Fällen liegen könnte ?
