Hallo Liste,
seit dem Upgrade auf die neuste OTRS Version (Debian Package) ist es
nicht mehr möglich, Tickets als PDF zu drucken. Ich habe bereits einiges
gelesen, es gab hier ja schonmal eine Diskussion drüber ( [otrs-de]
PDF-Ausgabe seit Upgrade 2.2.2 unmöglich). Allerdings hilft mir die dort
beschriebene Lösung nicht weiter.
Das Apache Logfile gibt bei dem Druckvorgang folgendes aus:

sowohl aus dem Debian Repo installiert:

Wie auch manuell via CPAN kompiliert:
cpan> install PDF::API2
CPAN: Storable loaded ok
Going to read /root/.cpan/Metadata
Database was generated on Thu, 25 Oct 2007 03:36:38 GMT
PDF::API2 is up to date.
(Version 0,65).
Dennoch bleibt der Fehler bestehen.
Hat jemand ähnliches Problem einen Lösungsansatz, wie ich wieder als PDF
drucken kann? Aktuell habe ich per Sysconfig die PDF Ausgabe deaktiviert..
