Hallo!
Ich glaube ich habe in meinem Ticketsystem ein PROBLEM:
Duplicate entry '126200' for key 1, SQL: 'INSERT INTO ticket_history (name,
history_type_id, ticket_id, article_id, queue_id, owner_id, priority_id,
state_id, type_id, valid_id, create_time, create_by, change_time, change_by)
VALUES ('%%2%%16', 20, 13115, 18981, 12, 2, 3, 4, 1, 1, current_timestamp, 2,
current_timestamp, 2)'
Diese Fehlermeldung kann ich im Systemlog sehen. Hört sich nicht gut an, hat
mir jemand einen Tipp?
