Guten Morgen Liste, Wie aktiviere ich denn die FAQ im otrs? Ich hätte behauptet Sie ist standard aktiviert.... Kann auch sein, dann hat vielleicht ein Kollege dran rumgespielt :-) Fakt ist: Die Knowledgebase ist nirgendwo auffindbar, ein Aufruf der public.pl sagt:
