Ich habe habe exakt dasselbe Problem gehabt und auf der englischen
OTRS-Liste nachgefragt. Hier die Antwort:

Hi Frank,
you have to enable Dynamic fields in each view in Sysconfig:
Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewXXXX
In your case it is Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewSearch
There, enable this section by checking the box:
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###DynamicField
and add your DynamicField keys, followed by 1
DynamicFields are really a cool new feature, but not well documented...
It took me quite a while to find out how it is used.
