JFI: Beim verwenden von bin/otrs.ArticleStorageSwitch.pl werden auch die
"Plain" Emals (also die Tabelle "article_plain") ins Filesystem geschrieben.
Wenn die article_plain nicht kleiner wird, dann liegt hier ein
Problem/Bug vor.
