hast Du auch das FAQ-Modul auf die passende Version für OTRS 2.3.1
upgedated? Die passende aktuellste Version dafür wäre FAQ 1.5.7.

Ich finde aber keine Lösung dafür. Weiss jemand wie ich das Problem
lösen kann?
