Guten Morgen Liste, ich bin gerade dabei mein Installation von OTRS-3.2.2 auf 3.3.3 zu upgraden. Nun hab ich /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.CheckModules.pl ausgeführt und habe zu folgender Zeile eine Frage:
o YAML::XS.........................Not installed! (required - Please install this module - ) Benötige ich YAML wirklich und wenn ja was genau macht es? Gruß Thomas
