I'm sory for my late response, but I had problems with my testing system and all data were lost.
Now, on the new system with debian, exim, otrs beta8 I have the same problem:

I can only see the mail-body but no links to any attachment.

Now it work, I don't know why, I havn't chanced anything, only restart the complete server.
