No! It would be nice if you can find out more about this. (all user (incl. root@localhost), is the period always the same, ...)
here more about the problem. Before the passwords change, there is a problem with apache.

Then otrs doesn't functionate. After restart apache the passwords changed, and for some days we haven't any problems.
The period is not always the same.
Hope you can help me, because my users are irritated.
