Couple of questions as well:

1)  If I generate or create a ticket via 'PhoneView', it correctly assigns
me ownership of the ticket, but does not lock it.  Is there any way I can
default the 'PhoneView' ticket generation behavior to auto-lock?

2)  What does the 'Select Box' section do?

3)  Do we have the ability to remove unnecessary Charsets from the system?
