Is it working if you use "$Self->{SpellChecker} = '/usr/bin/ispell';"?
(remember, if you use mod_perl, you need to restart your webserver
after Kernel/Config.pm changes)

What is the shell output of 'echo "Hello just a tets" | ispell -a -d english'?
