hi, as i try to update my otrs-version BETA8 to version1 with rpm -Uhv otrs-1.0.1-01.i386.rpm i get the following message file /etc/init.d/otrs from install of otrs-1.0.1-01 conflicts with file from package otrs-7.3-0.5-BETA8
