I added two config options for this:
[Kernel/Config.pm]
$Self->{TextAreaEmailWindow} = 78;
$Self->{TextAreaNoteWindow} = 60;
[...]
PS: Normally you don't need to copy emails into OTRS because OTRS
is able to send and receive emails.
