That's right, the Resent-To header should be checked with priority 1. I added the Resent-To check to the CVS (1.1 and HEAD tree). OTRS 1.1.2 will be released today. PS: The used mail headers are defined in Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm -=> PostmasterX-Header and the function to get the destination queue of new ticket is in Kernel/System/PostMaster/DestQueue.pm -=> GetQueueID(). > Alex > > > P.S.
