I've done both.... I have since done a manual install using phpMyAdmin as the int.
This is what I get in the otrs.log file now: [Wed Jul 23 19:54:09 2003][Notice][Kernel::System::Auth::DB::Auth] User: [EMAIL PROTECTED] logged in (REMOTE_ADDR: 65.x.x.x). However, on by browser the web page times out with "page cannot be displayed".
