The preferred way (in future) is to use utf-8. The OTRS-CVS version supports utf-8
for the frontend.

Hmm... I don't know a solution for that. 

But maybe you want to try it with apache and mod_perl (compiles modules
on startup -=> much faster - ~100 times).

Opps.. this is a bug, it should work without "rm". If fixed it, try to use
Kernel/System/AuthSession/FS.pm 1.11 from the CVS. :)
