Hey everyone, I've installed "OTRS 1.1.3 for Win32 Beta4" on a Windows 2000 computer. The installation seemed to work out. (There is just that Apache error, which is normal according to the installation guide.) When I create a new user or reply to an email, I get this error message "[error] 1068: ModPerl::Registry: connection failed at D:/otrs/otrs//Kernel/System/CheckItem.pm line 68". I didn't know how to get rid of this error, so I installed OTRS on a different computer running Windows 2000. Same mistake. After that I installed OTRS on a Win XP Home computer, but I am still getting this error message. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
