I am hoping that someone might be able to point me in the right direction.

 

The default setting of the ticket reply email is to order the response:

 

      SALUTATION

            |

      PREVIOUS TEXT

            |

      CANNED RESPONSE

            |

      SIGNATURE

 

Is there any way to either remove the 'previous text' entirely or move it to the end of the message? The current order creates almost unreadable threads when much of your customers use HTML email.

 

Any help is very greatly appreciated.
