Hi, I told about a week or two ago here in the list that we will set up a statistics project and deliver it to the original otrs crew. I just put your request into our concept. If you can wait a month or two you get it in order to avoid duplicate work ;-)

Good, so I know where it is now but I do know where it was before, my task would be greatly simplified if the text would be changed to something like: Ticket moved from 'Queue1' to 'Queue2'.
