Hello All, It seems that the priority field in the "Ticket Search" form of "utilies" does not work...Whatever the priority selected, OTRS returns all tickets for any priority.
We use OTRS 1.2.2. I've searched some related topics on the Net but found nothing revealant. Does anyone see the same behavior?
