As root, I just issue the command: #>rcotrs restart  and that starts my cron
for me.  I thought it also set the cron to run as the correct user - no?

Hi Tyler,

It seems, that you start the cron jobs with the wrong user. The cron jobs
have to start from the otrs user, else they won't find the their right
homedirs!
