Hi,
I couldn't run otrs 1.3.1 over SuSE 9.1. I
installed the rpm package without any problems but when I try to goto http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl
it says permission denied and I have these lines in my error log of
apache.

saying to restart apache but it doesn't work.
Any ideas?
