Hello!

        I recommend you to double check all the steps in the manual and apply 
them
on your installation again, from the very begining. If you did a lot of changes 
testing
settings you'll probably have some settings that could be wrong and confusing 
you.

        Afther doing this, look carefully at the file permissions and the user 
Apache is
using. In Debian, some directories are symlinks outside $otrshome and the
setpermissions.sh script don't change those permissions and must be done by 
hand.

        You could also check the Apache logs, they could give you some advice 
about
whats going wrong.
