You can change the date as follows:
In Kernel/Language/en.pm
Change '$Self->{DateFormat} = '%M/%D/%Y %T'; to $Self->{DateFormat} = '%D/%M/%Y
%T';
Change $Self->{DateInputFormat} = '%M/%D/%Y'; to $Self->{DateInputFormat} =
'%D/%M/%Y'
Change $Self->{DateInputFormatLong} = '%M/%D/%Y - %T'; to
$Self->{DateInputFormatLong} = '%D/%M/%Y - %T'
