Hello!!
When you add a client, OTRS makes a DNS lookup for the MX record of the
domain part of the email address provided, in order to check if the domain
really exists.
If there's no MX record for it, you get that error. Be sure that that there's
an MX record
for "ci.grand-rapids.mi.us" (dig mx ci.grand-rapids.mi.us).
If you can't add the MX record, you can disable this check in Config.pm:
$Self->{CheckMXRecord} = 0;
