Hi,
Use one of the freetext fields.
Define a TicketFreeKey within the Config.pm:
$Self->{"TicketFreeKey1"} = {
'Estimated Completion Date' => 'EstCompleteDate',
};
The Coding is already in place and when populated, the 'EstCompleteDate' will
be displayed automatically in AgentStatusView etc.
