The 2.0 version probably adds this feature, but I'm posting this just in
case anyone might find it useful.
I made a greasemonkey script (http://greasemonkey.mozdev.org/) for
firefox to add a "Select All" link to the queueview page. This will
check the box for bulk action on all displayed tickets. If you use it,
I recommend disabling FrontendBulkFeatureJavaScriptAlert in your
Config.pm.
