Thats not possible via the web interface and without changing the sources of OTRs. Are you using OTRS on a linux platform? If so, I'd disable the pop3 accounts you have specified via the web interface and use fetchmail instead. fetchmail is more flexible then the pop3 interface of OTRS and you can specify a non tandard port. To sort the fetched mails in to OTRS again, you can use the bin/PostMaster.pl, executed via procmail or maildrop for example. See the manual for procmail examples. >Ken Ciao, Christian -- ((otrs.de)) :: OTRS GmbH :: Norsk-Data-Str. 1 :: 61352 Bad Homburg http://www.otrs.de/ :: Manage your communication! _______________________________________________ OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs Support oder Consulting für Ihr OTRS System? => http://www.otrs.de/
