I'm really sorry that I've to inform you that there'll be no more Bugfixes or Security Issues concerning OTRS 1.3. :-( If you want us to we will maintain OTRS 1.3 but we'll send you a bill for doing so. :-) In my opinion you should really think about an Upgrade to OTRS 2.0. :-) Have a nice day.
