Yes, great it works!
With just one exception. I had to change the
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketEmail.dtl
instead of
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketCompose.dtl,
now, I wonder what is the difference? :)
