Hi,
I think the first problem you run in is to realize a Perl-DBI-connection
from OTRS to your MS-SQL-Server.
I don't use MS-SQL with OTRS, but I did some addons on OTRS to use an
inventory-DB running on MS-SQL.
This was done under Linux-OTRS with a self-compiled DBD::Sybase - see
