If you update from source
- unpack the archive into a temporary directory
- alter the ticket table in your otrs database:
ALTER TABLE ticket ADD freetime1 DATETIME;
ALTER TABLE ticket ADD freetime2 DATETIME;
- copy all files and directories from the temporary directory with the
unpacked files over your existing OTRS installation
- restart apache
- have fun with 2.0.4 :)
ATENTION: If you have customized the web interface (.dtl files) your
changed files will be overwritten with the new files from the 2.0.4
archive. So make sure that you save this files and copy them back,
if you finished the steps described above.
