One of my customers who joined our organization last week tried to
log in yesterday and today, and this is the error that she gets “Login failed! Your username or password was
entered incorrectly. “ I have checked on the Customer User Management her details are
not there. The system does not pick up changes made on the active directory. Please advice thanks |
