Hello, is it possible to change the reply to a reply all?, because we have the following problem:
Otrs behaviour if I click on empty answer. TO = FROM CC = CC - MYADDRESS We need this behaviour: TO = FROM CC = TO + CC - MYADDRESS Is that possible? Because we get often emails with more persons on the "TO" line, and when we answer on this, only one person got the message.
