The new ticket window is find I only get
the error when I press the submit option, and I login with the username and
password from the Active directory, and how do I clean /var/log/messages? Do I

don’t know where/how you are logging – perhaps /var/log/messages?
You might want to check your /var partition to see if it is full too,
I’ve seen that as a problem in the past… From:
