[otrs] permission problem with upload files

I still have a permission problem when I want to attach a file and upload it. OTRS says: Permission denied at ../..//Kernel/System/WebUploadCache.pm line 140. what permission should I put and where? I had moved OTRS to another server, therefore this problem came up. thanks, marc
