Hello,

I have the same problem.  Now I have the newest version of the FAQ installed 
and I do not receive the message, but the link in the ticket sends me to the 
FAQ explorer, and the link in the FAQ sends me to a blank page.  HELLLLLLP!  
This is the "meat" of the system. Any ideas?
