I've run OTRS for a few years now, but only at a single company. I have recently started a new company with some friends/co-workers and we are now doing the outsourced IT support thing.

The issue I have now is that I have created queues for the different customers by company. The mail system pulls the appropriate mail into the appropriate queue, but I want to be sure that when a user from CompanyA logs in to the client side, that they do NOT see items in the CompanyB, CompanyD and CompanyD queues.

I'm also looking for the way to turn off the Language selector on the customer login interface (cant seem to find that in the Defaults file)
