I have just upgraded my OTRS from version 2.0 to version 2.1. I have this installed on a Fedora system, so my installation was done with RPM upgrade. I had to done some things manually, like updating my Config.pm file and upgrading the database, but still I get some strange errors.
When I try to create a notification, or if I just try to close a ticket, I get this error: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.3 OS: linux Time: Tue Mar 6 07:19:38 2007 Message: Need ArticleTypeID! If any of you do, any help would be very appreciated as this system serves some 20 support users and thousands of end-users.
