Hi Otrs Is it possible to configure the Auto responses to attach an image in a similar way to Attachments <-> Responses . I can generate replies manually using responses with attachment's, but I also am looking to automatically send attachments using [ Auto Responses <-> Queue ] or alike. Is their an area on command line or OTRS admin that will allow me to do this for all outgoing replies, auto or manual? Thanks -- Gary |
