I'm new to the whole open source stuff. I just installed OTRS and installed
the FAQ module via package manager. It is in my local depository and it's
installed. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to access this or
edit this.
How do i access the FAQ so i can change it via the agent i'm logged in as?
