What version of OTRS are you running? I haven't seen this in 2.1 to 2.2.1.

I noticed that when I check the messages, and hit the "Bulk Action" link, it just brings me back to the main queues screen, when before I got a screen to remove the messages. Not sure what happened or what I changed to get this. Anyone have an idea?
