Hello, Now that I have a full working OTRS install, I would like to add the FAQ module. My OTRS does not have acces to internet, so I need the opm package, but can't find it neither on the download area of otrs.org, nor on the ftp site. I probably missed someting, but I don't know what. Can someone point me to the right direction please ?
Note: I already successfuly installed the ITSM module.
