Hi Mike, Yes, it works fine of FC6. I read "try to install old perl package (not perl modules, perl base)" I would like to try that on FC8 but my Russian is probably worse than your Afrikaans or Xhosa!!! Can you point me to the URL to download it and as I still have Linux L-Plates give me the gist of how to go about it! Henry

Maybe OTRS developers may find a workaround.
