The survey that you would like to be sent must be set to Master. By setting it to vaild, you leave it open for the customers response. By setting it to invalid, you prevent any customers from answering using the link sent in thier email.Thanks Shawn,But this send of survey to users is automatic ? or I need to do something ? Cause I create the survey, activate then, but when I close the tickets no messages are send to users. Why ? Maybe a bug ??
