But this send of survey to users is automatic ? or I need to do something ? Cause I create the survey, activate then, but when I close the tickets no messages are send to users. Why ? Maybe a bug ??
The survey that you would like to be sent must be set to Master. By setting it to vaild, you leave it open for the customers response. By setting it to invalid, you prevent any customers from answering using the link sent in thier email.

You can only have one Survey set to be sent at a time. This survey will
be sent when a ticket is closed, and as in the standard installation,
the customer has not been sent a survey in the last 300 days (you can
change this). The customer will then become a link where he can answer
the questions on the survey so long as the survey is still in a master
or valid status.
