I have got a little problem. When I am logged in as an agent to OTRS. There is only the possibility to compose new phone or email tickets. Is there a possibility to compose “customer” tickets w/o the email / phone status?
Please elaborate your quetion a little. What would you want to see? How should Tickets be created? What is the end result you are looking for?
