Hi Tony,
When I’m in the Agent page and I click on QueueView, -It shows me all the tickets,- but It doesn’t show me who the owner is unless I zoom in for that specific ticket.I would like to see the Owner of a ticket without clicking on the zoom link.Where can I do this? Thanks for your help, we are using 2.2.5
Try turning on the StatusView function.
