Hellow, I've added the optional file manager application and after I created the /home/otrs-share folder I get an error when I try to copy a file through otrs, Message: Can't write /home/otrs-share///test.txt: Permission denied and did a chown to otrs user but still same result, what should the permissions be for this folder?
