Ok, sorry Camilo: I misunderstood you question. Anyway I don't think you can do this directly inside OTRS. I'm not that DNS expert, but maybe is possible to filter MX DNS nslookups (q=mx) coming from a specified IP address (the one of your OTRS server) redirecting them to an outside DNS server. Ciao, d.
