Ok, sorry Camilo: I misunderstood you question.
Anyway I don't think you can do this directly inside OTRS.
I'm not that DNS expert,  but maybe is possible to filter MX DNS nslookups 
(q=mx) coming from a specified IP address (the one of your OTRS server) 
redirecting them to an outside DNS server.

I intend to configure the DNS Servers to enforce the OTRS make MX nslookups in 
outside DNS servers of my LAN.

Why someone should set DNS in OTRS?
OTRS is a ticketing system, not an Operating System: of course it uses the DNS 
defined on the underlying OS.
